A Step Beyond believes that it is our responsibility to do our part by investing and supporting the continual growth of cooperative humane animal care, training and management within the animal industry. We strive to contribute positively to our communities—locally and globally—through various forms of volunteerism and we strive to treat both owner and animal with dignity and respect. It is our goal for people to enjoy their dogs and for their dogs to have better lives. We work to provide transparency of our professional actions and performance.
We have a strong commitment to meeting the needs of our partners, peers, support organizations and customers by advocating collaborative actions of others that address the climate of evolving change in the animal husbandry industry. It is our goal to create a sustainable approach that supports the acquisition and evolution of skill, information and the quality of behavior analysis within the local professional communities—an important ingredient for the production of high quality behavior work.
